Compensation
The hourly wage is $16 – $29 per hour, equal or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewFront End Checkout associates run registers, greet customers, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role may involve standing for long periods and assisting with customer questions and needs.
