Job Title
We are looking for a butcher to work exclusively on Sunday mornings in our traditional butchery section. You will ensure the setup and tidying of the traditional and self-service section, carry out meat cuts respecting professional techniques, and ensure the application of hygiene and safety rules. You will also participate in sales and advice to customers, while ensuring the cleanliness of the work station and equipment.
A good knowledge of animal anatomy and the quality of meats is essential.
