Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counsel or terminate as needed;
Ensure store is opened and closed each day; personally open/close at least two times per week;
Monitor operating statements to identify sales, profitability, turn, and expense control opportunities;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
