Store Associate - Redwood Falls

JOB STATUS:
Part‑Time (16 hours per week; Fridays and two Saturdays per month required)

LOVE THRIFTING, HELPING PEOPLE, AND STAYING ACTIVE IN YOUR COMMUNITY? As a Store Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping the thrift store running smoothly, creating a welcoming shopping experience, and connecting community members with valuable resources and support.

• Keep the store running smoothly: process sales, handle payments, follow procedures, and support donation intake by sorting, pricing, and preparing items.
• Create an inviting shopping experience: maintain a clean, organized store and assist with displays.
• Engage customers and community: provide friendly service, assist with purchases and donations, and share resource information.
• Support volunteers and teamwork: guide tasks and assist with onboarding and training.
• Handle donations and store operations: receive donations, provide receipts, and ensure items are sorted and displayed properly.
• Maintain records and financial accuracy: track sales, complete deposits, and keep records accurate and up to date.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum:
  High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Experience in a retail or thrift store environment, including knowledge of store operations and customer service.

Salary range: $18.38 – $28.05 per hour.

Part‑time (16 hours per week; Fridays and two Saturdays per month required).
