Deli Lead

Deli Department Leadership Position

We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in a leadership position in our deli department. A successful candidate would preferably already have a working knowledge of food safety and proper food preparation techniques and be able to coach team members on these practices. This position involves creative presentations of prepared foods, preparing and cooking menu items, merchandising, leading/coaching employees, and scheduling in our deli.

Strong customer service skills along with multitasking are essential.

Employees will be required to stand for up to an 8-hour shift.

Employees must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling.
