O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers and DC add orders;
Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clock-in/clock-out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures;
Secure money/deposits and lock/secure the store and delivery vehicles
