Cashier (Part-Time) - Redwood Falls, MN

Description

The Cashier is responsible to interact with customers as they enter and leave the retail store. The primary function is to provide excellent customer service. Evenings and weekends will be required.

$13.00–$14.00 depending on experience.

• The Cashier reports directly to the Store Manager.
• The Cashier has no direct supervisory authority.

• Greet customers as they enter the store, assisting with customer service questions.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions utilizing the KCX cash register system.
• Maintain accurate cash handling.
• Price store merchandise as requested by management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by management.
• Process customer returns.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Long periods of standing.
• Frequent bending and twisting.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Retail store environment.
• Cold and warm conditions.
