Store Worker, Retail

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is hiring Store Workers to support our busy, guest-focused retail and grab-and-go outlets. In this role, you will greet guests, operate the cash register, handle payments, restock shelves and coolers, and maintain clean, organized sales and service areas. You'll follow basic food safety and cash-handling procedures while providing upbeat, attentive service. Working in a fast-paced, team environment, you'll support resort operations, respond to guest requests, and help ensure an inviting, convenient experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate POS systems, process cash, card, and comp transactions accurately
• Stock and rotate merchandise, snacks, and beverages
• Maintain clean, organized store, counters, and self-service areas
• Follow basic food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs
• Handle guest questions, requests, and simple complaints
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures
• Follow tribal, resort, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment
