Teal's Market, located in Milaca, MN, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Stockers. We offer daytime shifts to help you fit your schedule. At Teal's Market, we pride ourselves on delivering customer service, quality products, and competitive prices.
Day Shifts
20 hours a week
Responsibilities- Helping mainly with stocking in frozen/dairy, grocery, and produce
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront to enhance the shopping experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs on a shift consistently.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide assistance as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns and other significant matters.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
