Experienced Rehash Agent

$18 an hour, Plus Bonus

(on-site only)

As the Rehash Agent, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers who did not purchase during their initial appointment and scheduling them for a follow up consultation. The Rehash Agent should display mastery in scripting, processes and protocols to ensure a purchasing opportunity for the Rehash Sales Team. A successful Rehash Agent can effectively communicate, use active listening skills and be dynamic in providing solutions.

Rehash Agents are responsible for maintaining knowledge of products, markets and services offered. Their duties include maintaining the rehash leads, reporting of customer feedback and working the Rehash Sales Reps to achieve brand goals. They are able to multitask and work efficiently to ensure that data is entered correctly and leads are properly scheduled.

• Generate new Rehash appointments through outbound and inbound communication.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Display mastery of scripting, protocols and processes.
• Ensure accurate information is maintained within our customer management system.
• Ability to consistently meet performance standards.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and provide solutions.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and overcome objections.
• Excellent phone etiquette under all circumstances.
• Ability to multitask multiple computer systems at once, while providing high-quality customer service.
• Understanding of Sales and closing techniques

• At least one year of telemarketing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Inside Sales experience.
• Previous experience in leadership or sales is seen favorably.

• Prolonged periods working on a computer.
• Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.

$18.00 an hour

Full-time, plus bonus, in-house position
