Automotive Sales Associate

Overview

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant to help drive customer experience and vehicle sales at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata.

• Potential pay range of $50,000-$120,000 per year, incentive-based pay structure.

• Assist customers entering the dealership, answering questions and helping select vehicles that meet their needs.
• Follow up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits, and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, and accessories to benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer‑service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
