Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We take pride in supporting our employees and customers with a strong team environment and opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative at our Cannon Falls, MN location. This role focuses on selling new and used lawn and garden equipment and utility tractors through both in-store and outside sales efforts.

You’ll build and manage your own customer base, developing relationships, identifying needs, and guiding customers through the sales process from first conversation to close. Success in this role comes from strong product knowledge, communication, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

The focus of this role is to provide customers with the right equipment solutions while supporting dealership growth. This position plays a key role in representing Midwest Machinery Co.’s core values through customer service, product expertise, and professional sales practices.
