A fast-growing US-based company is expanding internationally and launching its first on-site sales hub in Medellín. The company is hiring Senior Business Development Representatives who will play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts from the ground up.
This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role designed for experienced outbound professionals who are comfortable operating in high‑activity environments and engaging senior decision‑makers across traditional industries. This role offers high earning potential, performance‑based compensation accelerators, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact a scaling team.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high‑volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage C‑level and VP‑level decision‑makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, logistics.
- Manage first‑touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow‑up emails.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow‑up and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development.
- 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high‑volume sales environments.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non‑tech or traditional industries.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references.
- Experience selling into the US market.
- Background in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar sectors.
- Experience working with early‑stage teams or contributing to new office or hub launches.
