Our customer service center at Debeka Bausparkasse consists of around 30 people, divided into two cohesive teams. We maintain a warm and collegial atmosphere. Together, we engage with the needs and wishes of our customers with great commitment. Through your work, you contribute significantly to inspiring and convincing our customers in the long term.

Your contribution to the team

• Processing around the topic of savings and financing
• Full-time/part-time possible
• Highly qualified telephone customer advice in savings, financing, and fixed-term deposit matters as well as real estate mediation (no sales), including the resulting follow-up work

What we are looking for

• Commercial training (preferably banking training, notary, and legal assistant)
• Knowledge in the savings/financing business
• Good communication skills
• High team capability and willingness to commit
• Strong customer orientation
• Good verbal and written expression
• Good IT skills
