Territory Manager

RAM Buildings, Inc. is a leading post frame construction company in Minnesota that is seeking a hard-working individual to be a part our team as a Territory Manager in Central & Southwestern, Minnesota. The position is based out of our office in Winsted but will allow for flexibility for partial home officing upon successful training and territory management.

Overall

Responsibilities include:

• Design and sell building projects according to company standards by accurately pricing projects and submitting complete job packets.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and scope of work in various trades.
• Provide customer service to past, current, and prospective customers.
• Respond and manage incoming project inquiries within the territory.
• Manage the sales process from pre-sale through project completion.

Job Experience/

Skills:

• Knowledge or experience in construction (post frame preferred but not required)
• Skilled using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work with all departments within the company to achieve successful projects and happy customers.
• Experience using CRM software (preferred, but not required)
• Attention to detail, organization skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.
