Commercial Employee Temporary Contract

We are looking for a commercial employee on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for sales and advice to our customers, ensuring quality service and a pleasant shopping experience. Your duties will include welcoming customers, presenting products, managing inventory, and participating in setting up promotions. You will also need to contribute to customer satisfaction by responding to their requests and proposing adapted solutions.

Your role will be essential to maintain and develop our turnover. You will work closely with the existing team to ensure the smooth operation of the department and participate in achieving commercial objectives. Your sense of contact, dynamism, and rigor will be major assets to succeed in this position.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with an excellent sense of relationship and good listening skills. You must be dynamic, rigorous, and have a team spirit. Experience in sales or in a commercial environment would be an asset, but motivated beginners are also welcome. You must be available to work at irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Good knowledge of sales techniques and mastery of computer tools for inventory management would be a plus. You must be able to work autonomously while respecting the guidelines and procedures in force. Your ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will also be appreciated.
