Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification upon first day of employment.
• Documentation of previous employment.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in an environment reliant on teamwork.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
