Route Supervisor

CITY Laundering is hiring a hands‑on Route Supervisor to lead 7-10 Route Service Representatives and take full ownership of territory performance in our Pine City location.

This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, customer relationships, and measurable results. You’ll coach your team, strengthen key accounts, and drive profitability and growth across your routes.

• Lead, train, and develop your team
• Drive customer retention and service excellence
• Own territory profitability and account growth
• Oversee billing accuracy and collections
• Ensure safe, efficient route operations

• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Organized and results‑driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Early morning availability (routes start 5–7 AM)
