Junior Account Manager Pro Český Trh

As a Junior Account Manager you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients of LYNX. You will help them navigate our trading platform, build long-term relationships, and support their investment journey.

In collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams, you will contribute to acquiring new clients, increasing their satisfaction, and supporting the company's business goals. If you are interested in financial markets and want to start a career in an international fintech company, this role is a great opportunity.

• Contact new leads and support the acquisition of new clients through initial business activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist clients with queries related to the LYNX platform, our products, and services.
• Identify client needs and refer more complex cases to more experienced colleagues.
• Support campaigns aimed at reactivating inactive clients.
• Present LYNX products and services to clients.
• Record all client communications in the CRM system.
• Participate in the organization of webinars, investment events, and masterclasses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible client experience.
• Contribute to achieving the team's business goals.

• You have 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, or other client-oriented positions.
• You are interested in financial markets and investing.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are customer-oriented and have a business mindset.
• You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are not afraid to work with business goals and KPIs.

An advantage is experience in financial services, banking, brokerage, or fintech, knowledge of investment products and financial markets, experience with CRM systems, or knowledge of another foreign language.

• DPP or DPČ (up to 20h/week) - you can adjust your work as needed
• Educational budget of 2,000 € per year
