About the role:
As a Sales Intern YOU will provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Team and Conference and Services Team as needed. YOU will work closely with Sales Managers based on commercial objectives to convert business opportunities including but not limited to preparation of proposals and contracts, seamless data input and data analysis, handling various sales communications and maintains multiple databases.
The candidate must be a team player with strong customer care, excellent attention to detail and interest in sales and marketing.
What You will do:
- Support Sales Managers by responding to general inquiries and client requests, preparing sales documents (proposals, contracts, presentations) and actively conducting follow-up activities.
- Assist in planning and execution of site inspections, fam trips, client entertainment and similar sales activities.
- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working closely with all team members of the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Provide support as required to the Sales and Marketing team.
What You will Bring:
- High attention to detail, proactive and customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient oral and writing skills (Czech / English).
- Any previous hospitality experience would be beneficial.
