Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Required:

• Drivers must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Candidates must, before day one:
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years old
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, a combination of base salary and earned commissions, adjusted by skills, experience, performance, and business needs. The range does not account for geographic differentials.
