Signature Labor Services is growing throughout the Huntsville and North Alabama market, and we are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client partnerships.

You’ll work closely with construction companies, contractors, and our recruiting team to provide dependable workforce solutions that keep projects moving.

• Build and strengthen relationships with construction companies, contractors, and decision-makers throughout your territory.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, phone outreach, meetings, and job site visits.
• Learn about each client’s workforce needs and recommend staffing solutions that support their success.
• Present Signature Labor Services’ staffing services with professionalism and confidence.
• Develop new client partnerships while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for your clients.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to ensure clients receive qualified workers quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional ways we can support their business.
• Track sales activity, account growth, and business development efforts using company tools.
• Represent Signature Labor Services with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, staffing, recruiting, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in construction, staffing, skilled trades, or workforce solutions is helpful but not required.
• A natural ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and earn clients’ trust.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive, team-oriented culture.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Huntsville and North Alabama area.
