Auto Sales Assistant

In this role, you'll greet customers, coordinate test drives, and assist with vehicle presentations while ensuring a smooth, transparent buying process. You'll manage sales paperwork, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate closely with sales, finance, and service teams. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Coordinate test drives, vehicle presentations, and product walk-arounds
• Support sales staff with paperwork, data entry, and deal documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Answer customer inquiries in person, online, and by phone
• Guide customers through Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Assist with showroom organization, vehicle display, and merchandising
• Follow sales processes, compliance standards, and privacy requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
