North Metro Entry-Level Sales, Service & Operations

Walser Automotive Group is hiring for North Metro entry-level roles in sales, service, and operations. In this customer-facing position, you'll greet guests, support vehicle sales, assist with service scheduling, and help keep dealership operations running smoothly. No experience is required-comprehensive training is provided on our one-price, negotiation-free model, product knowledge, and systems. You'll work on-site in a team-focused environment that values integrity, transparency, and growth, with clear career paths across sales, service, and corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas
• Support sales consultants with product information, test drives, and paperwork
• Learn Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Handle basic customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and customer follow-up
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle display and customer areas
• Use dealership systems to enter customer and vehicle data accurately
• Participate in training on products, systems, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals
