Kia Sales Manager

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Kia Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. This role owns daily showroom operations, develops and coaches Sales Consultants, and drives volume, gross, and CSI results while supporting Walser's negotiation-free, one-price model. You'll manage inventory and CRM follow-up, partner closely with F&I and service, and analyze performance metrics to refine processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Kia sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure adherence to Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales model
• Coach, train, and develop Sales Consultants on product knowledge, process, and customer experience
• Manage CRM usage, lead follow-up, and sales pipeline activities
• Partner with F&I and service departments to ensure seamless customer handoff and retention
• Monitor inventory mix and presentation to align with market demand and sales targets
• Analyze sales metrics, reports, and trends to adjust strategies and improve performance
• Maintain high standards of integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for sales staff
• Promote Walser's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and community involvement
