Responsibilities

• Own digital sales performance for Burnsville Mazda, aligning with Walser's one-price, customer-first model
• Monitor and analyze online leads, conversion rates, and digital sales KPIs to drive growth
• Optimize CRM usage, lead routing, and follow-up processes for internet and phone leads
• Partner with sales managers to improve digital customer experience and sales effectiveness
• Develop and deliver training on digital sales tools, scripts, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing to refine online campaigns and messaging based on performance data
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for dealership and group leadership
• Champion process consistency, transparency, and integrity in all digital sales interactions
