This position supports purchase order management, administrative tasks, system usage, and project coordination to help the Customer Service team stay efficient and organized. The individual will work in Perham and support customers for both Tuffy's Treat Company and Tuffy's Pet Foods.
Day in the LifeA day in the life of this role is active, hands-on, and highly impactful. This person plays an important part in helping customer orders move smoothly from request to delivery by working with purchase orders, verifying details for accuracy, entering and maintaining information in customer-specific systems, and responding to questions as needs come up. The role brings together customers, sales, production, packaging, transportation, and the customer service team to help solve problems, clarify requests, and keep everyone aligned.
From pulling inventory and production reports to following up on shipping updates, order changes, and co-manufacturing details, this position helps turn moving pieces into clear next steps. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and doing work that directly support
- Manage purchase order and administrative work within customer-specific systems, keeping information accurate and organized for cross-functional use.
- Generate and distribute inventory and production reports to customers, helping provide visibility into product availability and production status.
- Troubleshoot customer questions and order-related issues by coordinating with internal partners to identify solutions and communicate timely updates.
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with sales, production, customer service, and transportation to support efficient order movement.
- Support co-manufacturing coordination as needed, helping align customer expectations with production needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, communication flow, and team organization.
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on details, meet deadlines, and keep information moving between teams.
