Business Development Representative (BDR)
Locations: Maple Plain, MN
Compensation: $50,000 Base + Commission (OTE up to $85,000)
Our client is looking for Business Development Representatives to help grow its presence in the manufacturing software market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology sales and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect through phone, email, Linked In, and other channels
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Schedule meetings and product demos
- Build pipeline and maintain CRM activity
- Partner with sales leadership to drive growth
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer success, or another customer-facing role
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls
- Organized, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- SaaS or software sales experience
- Manufacturing or industrial industry exposure
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics)
