We are looking for a qualified candidate for an Inside Sales Representative position in the Inside Sales department. Below is scope of the position.

POSITION SUMMARY:Incumbent provides technical and specification generation support to Customers and Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) along with processing specification change orders that reflect the customer specification requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support the generation of customer specifications and pricing
• Generate specifications as requested by the RSM
• Provide order status support to Customers and RSM's
• Expedite ASP (new option) processing
• Generate specification/pricing change orders as requested by Customer/RSM/Internal Functions
• Lead / participate in customer order reviews
• Complete new order specification reviews

• Strong computer skills to include expertise ERP system, Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and function in a high pressure, multi-functional team while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Quick resolution to customer issues when working across multiple functions / departments
• Commitment to operating principles / ethics guides regulate daily behavior
• Good knowledge trailer design and material components,
• Problem solving, adaptability, and quality of work are essential elements to provide highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to learn ERP / quoting systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five years industry experience
