CHS is seeking a Custom Applicator Trainee to learn safe, accurate application of crop protection products and fertilizers for local producers. In this hands-on role, you'll train to operate application equipment, mix and load products, follow agronomic recommendations, and complete basic equipment care and maintenance. You'll assist with warehouse, tendering and seasonal agronomy operations while learning CHS safety, environmental and compliance standards.
Working with experienced applicators, you'll build skills to advance into a certified Custom Applicator role serving farmers and rural communities.
