Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical refining location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, entry points, parking areas, and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity or hazardous conditions;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific requirements;
Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
