Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Surveillance Technician to monitor and maintain our casino and resort surveillance systems. In this on-site role, you'll operate CCTV and related security technology to protect guests, team members, and assets, promptly identifying and reporting suspicious activity and policy or regulatory violations. You'll perform basic troubleshooting, support incident investigations, document findings, and collaborate closely with security, gaming, and operations teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment rooted in tribal values and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV feeds to identify unusual or suspicious activity.
- Maintain and operate surveillance, recording, and access control systems.
- Document and report incidents, rule violations, and equipment issues accurately and promptly.
- Support investigations by retrieving, reviewing, and archiving video evidence.
- Collaborate with security, gaming, and operations teams to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs for surveillance equipment.
- Follow casino, tribal, and regulatory requirements related to surveillance and gaming.
- Assist with system checks, camera testing, and routine preventative maintenance.
