Corporate Security Officer

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Corporate Security Officer to protect guests, team members, and assets across our casino, hotel, and entertainment venues. In this on-site role, you will conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, control access, and respond to incidents in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. You will document events, enforce policies, support emergency responses, and partner with departments to maintain a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our tribal values, teamwork, and commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Patrol casino, hotel, and resort areas to ensure guest, staff, and asset safety
• Monitor CCTV and security systems, reporting suspicious activity or safety risks
• Control access to restricted areas and verify identification as required
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies, coordinating with public safety as needed
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports in a timely, accurate manner
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts while maintaining guest service standards
• Support emergency preparedness drills and real-time responses
• Collaborate with resort departments to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment
• Provide visible, professional security presence aligned with tribal values and guest-first culture
