Security Associate

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Security Associate to help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. In this on-site role, you will patrol the casino, hotel, and resort areas; monitor activity; respond to incidents; and provide professional, guest-focused assistance. Responsibilities include enforcing property rules, supporting emergency procedures, documenting incidents, and partnering with tribal law enforcement when needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol casino, hotel, and resort areas to maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff
• Monitor guest activity and property conditions; identify and report suspicious or unsafe behavior
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and medical or safety concerns
• Enforce property rules and regulations while delivering professional, guest-first service
• Document incidents accurately and complete clear, timely security reports
• Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations, and coordination with tribal law enforcement as needed
• Support crowd control and line management during busy events and peak times
• Operate radios, surveillance systems, and security tools according to policy
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues and support operations
• Uphold tribal values, respect, and confidentiality in all interactions
