Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Security Ambassador to protect guests, team members, and property while delivering friendly, guest-first service. In this on-site role, you will patrol the casino, hotel, and resort areas, monitor activity, verify IDs, and respond to incidents, medical calls, and emergencies. You will document reports, enforce policies, and support events while modeling our tribal values of respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Patrol casino, hotel, and resort areas to ensure safety and security
- Provide visible, guest-friendly security presence and assistance
- Monitor activity, identify risks, and report suspicious behavior
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical emergencies
- Verify IDs, support access control, and enforce house rules and policies
- Document incidents and complete clear, accurate security reports
- Assist with crowd control and security for events and busy periods
- Coordinate with surveillance, guest services, and other departments
- Follow tribal, state, and gaming regulations and procedures
- Support a respectful, inclusive, guest-first culture in all interactions
