Laborers - Underground Construction - $2,000 Signing Bonus - Up to $23/hr - Hinckley, MN

Midco is seeking Laborers to join their underground construction teams in Minnesota. These positions support the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure. • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to complete Construction First Time (FTR) certification within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for Laborer I and above)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card if required
• Working knowledge of construction, National Electrical Code, OSHA, and safety standards
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 80 lbs., standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions
• Reliable and predictable attendance

• Prior experience working on the installation of underground telecommunications or utility infrastructure
