Laborers/Groundmen - Long Haul Travel Crew - Per Diem - Up to $22/hr - Nationwide USA

Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Laborers/Groundmen to join their Long Haul Travel Crew. These individuals will support aerial and underground telecom construction projects across the country, working in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidates are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on, physical work while traveling extensively. This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and build a career in the construction and telecommunications industry.

• Competitive wages: $18–$22 per hour, based on licenses and experience

• 1–2 years of outdoor experience, preferably in construction
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years (CDL preferred)
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including overtime
• Comfort working in all weather and varying terrain
• Willingness to obtain a DOT Med Card if needed
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical labor and use proper PPE
