Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Custom Cabinet Builders / Carpenters for projects located in or around Afton, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Cabinet Maker and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

* Building custom cabinetry

* Detailed finish work

* Executing builds based on experience & skill (not step-by-step prints)

* Ensuring top-quality finishes & attention to detail on all work

* Collaborating with a team that values quality, pride in work & culture

Requirements:

* Must have a strong background in custom cabinetry or high end woodworking

* Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Must have proven experience with detailed finish-level work & trim

* Must have solid problem solving skills & craftsmanship mindset

* Must have own hand tools (power tools provided)

* Must have a positive attitude & strong work ethic
