Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join a growing residential construction team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of custom home building and remodeling projects, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship that homeowners will enjoy for years to come. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential construction, takes pride in their work, and enjoys collaborating with a team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of residential carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, decking, window and door installation, and general construction work.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety.
Identify and resolve construction issues while maintaining attention to detail.
Assist with various phases of custom home construction and residential remodeling projects.
Qualifications
3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building practices.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift construction materials as required.
