Position Overview

Location and CompensationLocation:
Northfield, Minnesota
Pay: $26 per hour
Hours:
16 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation required
- Background check required.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must obtain a Boilers license within 90 days of employment.
- Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy.
- Provide maintenance services including general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services.
- Use and maintain own basic tools.
