• Competitive pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Willingness to travel across the Midwest or nationally
• High School diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk most of the day, kneel, squat, climb ladders, operate hand tools)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow safety regulations
• Great attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with Job Site Foreman and work as a team

• HDD experience (preferred, not required)
• CDL (preferred, not required)
