This is a full‑time, on‑site Lead Carpenter role located in Spring Lake Park, MN. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and the use of power and hand tools. Responsibilities include leading a team on‑site, ensuring projects are completed to standards, troubleshooting and solving construction challenges, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient worksite.

• Strong skills in Carpentry, including Framing and Finish Carpentry
• Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools for various construction tasks
• Leadership and team management abilities to supervise and train crew members
• Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and construction best practices
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Physical ability to perform construction tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
