Compensation and Benefits- Starting salary of $26.13 - $39.19 per hour depending on experience
- Sign On Bonus: $2,500
- Tool allowance worth $525 twice per year

- Monday-Friday
- 12:30pm - 9:30pm
- Repair / maintenance shop at our Winsted, MN hauling site
- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and parts.
- Work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Perform safety checks to ensure the safety of employees and the community.
- Document parts usage and repair times; complete required paperwork.
- Assist senior mechanics with project work.
- Review or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA standards.
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age; legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Team players who care about everyone in the shop
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy variety and problem solving
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
- Exposure to physical risks (cuts, burns, chemicals) often
- Work in conditions with dirt, noise, weather extremes; indoor shop and outdoor areas
