Compensation: $20-$30/hr. with frequent overtime

We specialize in radioactive and hazardous waste management, serving major clients across the oil and gas, mining, municipal water treatment, manufacturing, and government/private clean‑up sectors. NORM management, we are the trusted experts in site characterization, remediation, decommissioning, and demolition. The RAD PROS team possesses over 100 years of combined experience, so we’ve seen it all. - Radiological Surveys & Sampling: After training, conduct radiological surveys with hand‑held equipment, capture data (written/ipad), collect samples (soil, water, waste), take notes, pictures, and document site observations for characterization.
- Oil & Gas Facility Maintenance: Perform manual labor such as vessel filter swap‑outs, deep cleaning of equipment, packaging/sampling waste, documentation, and safe completion with proper PPE.
- Tank & Pipeline Operations: Execute tank pump‑outs with hand‑tools/industrial equipment, perform confined space entry and cleanings, and support specialized pipeline integrity tool cleaning operations (pigging).
- Waste Management & Packaging: Help safely package, label, and secure hazardous and non‑hazardous waste for transport on trucks and trailers. CDL drivers are preferred.
- Civil & Environmental Remediation: Perform manual labor and equipment operation (training provided) to rebuild, line, and restore environmental containment ponds, and participate in site demolition and decommissioning.
- Logistics & Transportation: Transport materials, equipment, and waste to and from project sites per regulatory guidelines.
- Facility & Asset Upkeep: Maintain, clean, and service company equipment; keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficiently structured.
- Skills & Aptitude: Apply strong mechanical aptitude to various hands‑on field situations.
- Learning Agility: Quick learner who can master new principles/techniques and integrate them into daily work.
- Drive: Self‑motivated with strong internal work ethic.
- Safety & Compliance: Passionate about working safely, following strict safety protocols, and able to pass initial and regular drug/alcohol testing.
- Background: Clean criminal background and clean DMV driving record.
- Physical Demands: Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

Schedule:
Willing to travel for out‑of‑state projects (100% company‑paid) and work long hours/overtime when required. - Bonus Points: Heavy equipment experience is a plus. Prior experience in hydro‑vac operation, industrial tank cleaning, environmental remediation, or general environmental field services is highly desired. Training provided for all machinery and equipment.
- Competitive Hourly Wage: $20.00 to $30.00+ per hour, highly dependent on experience, certification, and capabilities.
