DescriptionWhat You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Installing lights, sirens, radios, push bumpers, partitions, and storage systems
- Running and cleaning up 12V and 110 wiring (clean work matters here)
- Reading wiring diagrams and schematics and applying them correctly
- Disassembling and reassembling vehicle interiors without damaging OEM components
- Troubleshooting electrical or install issues when things don't work right
- Supporting production schedules and helping keep builds moving
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Taking pride in delivering quality work that's ready for the field
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with vehicle wiring, installs, or upfitting
- Working knowledge of 12V systems, relays, switches, and electrical routing
- Comfortable using crimpers, soldering tools, and electrical test equipment
- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and team mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Minnesota law, the expected starting hourly range for this position is $20.86 to $31.07 per hour, with final determination based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
ADA Requirements:
• Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs frequently, or more occasionally.
• Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously.
• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
