Location:

Clearwater, MN area Wage: $18.00 – $24.00/hr. | DOE

Hours:

6:00 AM Start | Monday – Friday

Daily end times fluctuate based on project needs and weather conditions.

Note:

This position is labor-intensive; please bring a full lunch and plenty of water (2 to 3 gallons are recommended) to stay hydrated through the shift. Position Type:

Transitioning to snow removal/ice control in winter

Duties of the landscaping and hardscaping labor:

• Build block, boulder, and timber retaining walls
• Install concrete pavers, edging, rock, and mulch
• Lay sod, seed new lawns, and plant trees or shrubs
• Assist with high-end water features and outdoor lighting
• Construct custom decks, pergolas, arbors, and railings
• Perform shoreline restoration and seasonal winter snow removal
• Work closely with designers and foremen to complete projects

Requirements of the landscaping and hardscaping labor:

• Required:
  
  Valid driver's license;
  Interest in obtaining a CDL is a plus
• Physically capable of handling heavy, repetitive lifting and outdoor labor
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn how to operate heavy equipment
• Ability to pass a background check
