Service​/Maintenance Technician

Growing compressor company is currently seeking a self‑motivated field Service Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on air compressor and related equipment. The ideal candidate would be a self‑sufficient, hardworking, honest and motivated individual with the desire to provide the best solutions for our customer's maintenance and repair needs. Experience with Atlas Copco or other rotary screw compressors a plus.

But, willing to train a mechanic with the proper skill set. Great opportunity to work at a small company with unlimited potential for advancement.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

• Trouble shoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair air compressors
• Delivery, pick‑up, and set‑up of air compressors
• Assist in on‑site project management
• Maintain shop area, tools, and all company owned equipment
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and other related paperwork
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and customers

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in the mechanical field, performing preventative maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment, preferably compressors
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to be self‑directed in order to perform with little supervision
• Owning hand tools
• Military experience in air compressor is a plus
• A satisfactory background check per Company guidelines (required)
