As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add a dedicated Part Time Maintenance Technician to our team in New Prague!
This position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
Building systems maintenance
Unit repairs and reconditioning
Drywall repairs
Painting
Minor plumbing work Minor electrical work Grounds care and snow removal

The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficient in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
Requirements Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to handle confidential information
Available for after hour emergencies as needed
