Duininck Construction is seeking a Seasonal, full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to support earthwork and grading projects across Minnesota. You will safely operate loaders, dozers, and excavators, interpreting grade stakes and using lasers or GPS to maintain grade while coordinating with the crew for safe, efficient production.
This role requires outdoors work in varying weather, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional extended hours with travel across Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa,
