We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to join our Wadena team.

Position Overview The Body Shop Technician will be responsible for performing light body repairs, painting, glass installations, and other body shop-related tasks to support our dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and bring solid body shop and painting experience to the role.

Key Responsibilities Perform light body repairs, including dent removal, panel adjustments, and refinishing preparation.

Carry out painting tasks, including surface prep, color matching, and finish application.

Install automotive glass and ensure proper fit, finish, and seal.

Inspect, diagnose, and recommend repair solutions for minor body and cosmetic damage.

Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets safety and efficiency standards.

Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs.

Deliver high-quality workmanship that aligns with Kal’s Motor Group’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications Previous experience in the body shop industry required, including painting and body work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
